If you wish to close your account yourself.

Inactive Accounts
An account with no transactions for 12 months will be marked as inactive. A maintenance fee of ৳100 or 10% of the balance (whichever is lower) may be charged monthly on inactive accounts. Once the balance reaches zero, the account will be closed automatically.
